SOUTH JORDAN, UT, May 25, 2018 – Employees of Ultradent Products, Inc., proudly showed their support for Red Nose Day across the country on Thursday, May 24, by donning red noses and handing them out at dental offices they visited to help raise money and awareness for children’s causes. Red Nose Day uses fun and humor to help underserved children in the U.S. and abroad get their next meal, attend proper schooling, gain access to clean water, and more by fundraising through the sale and wearing of red noses. Ultradent supported the cause by purchasing 800 red noses in advance of the fundraiser.

Ultradent’s U.S. Director of Sales and Merchandising, Steve Clark, says, “We’re honored to support Red Nose Day. It’s a fun way for our company to exercise one of our core values: Care. Caring for vulnerable children is one of humanity’s most important duties and we’re proud to help push that cause forward.”

Partner charities of Red Nose Day include the Boys & Girls Club, Charity Water, Children Health Fund, Covenant House, Feeding America, Gavi, The Vaccine Alliance, National Council of La Raza, Save the Children, and The Global Fund.

SOUTH JORDAN, UT, May 15, 2018 – Ultradent announced new leadership in the sales and marketing departments this morning. Karen Philips will assume the role of Director of Field Marketing and Events, which oversees training, trade shows, seminars, and public relations. Jason McFarland, under her leadership, will be Ultradent’s new Key Opinion Leader Manager. Steve Clark will take over the role of Director of U.S. Sales & Merchandising, overseeing Ultradent’s team of U.S.-based sales representatives, regional managers, customer service, and large group practice, and government sales. Sean Kennedy was named Senior Manager of Marketing, covering brand management, MarCom, and Ultradent’s international marketing teams. Melanie Jones will remain in her role as Director of ebusiness but will now oversee the digital media team as well.

Ultradent made the organizational changes in order to optimally align leadership skills with organizational needs, according to Ultradent president, Dirk Jeffs. The new structure will also better accommodate partnership and collaboration with industry key opinion leaders in the dental industry. The changes are effective immediately. “Through careful and thoughtful consideration, I believe these changes will serve as an energizing force at Ultradent. I’m very excited to see what these capable and proven leaders do in each of their roles” says Jeffs.
