Technical Details

Optimized Motor

The Ultrapro Tx Air handpiece features a soft start feature to help prevent prophy-paste splatter. The motor features high torque and operates vibration-free up to 4,000 RPMs, which helps to reduce the likelihood of painful pinched nerves in the hands and arms.

Easy to Manipulate

Made of lightweight aircraft aluminum with a highly ergonomic design, the Ultrapro Tx Air handpiece easily fits in the palm of the hand. This makes the handpiece easy to maneuver, which could reduce the risk of repetitive stress injuries.

Small and Light

Weighing just 2.1oz and 3.9 inches long, the ergonomic Ultrapro Tx handpiece is designed to minimize the cause of occupational injuries like carpal tunnel, even with everyday use.

360˚ Swivel

The 360˚ swivel ensures optimal maneuverability because it prevents the hose from twisting and tugging and pulling.

Removable Nose Cones

The nose cones of the handpiece can be removed for easy sterilization between uses.

Simple Maintenance

After sterilizing, place two drops of handpiece oil into the motor air tube and 1-2 drops of oil into both ends of the nose cone. To properly disperse the oil, run the motor for several seconds. Also, be sure to maintain your air compressor and keep your air lines clean to prevent dirt and debris from getting in the motor. With proper care, the Ultrapro Tx Air handpiece will provide years of quality service.
