Return Policy
Items returned within 30 days of purchase with a return authorization number on the outside and inside of the return box will be credited 100%. Product returned between 31 and 60 days from purchase date is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ultradent will not accept returns after 60 days. Errors in shipment must be reported within 14 days of invoice date. All return authorization numbers become invalid 90 days after date of issue. A return authorization number must accompany all returns to receive proper credit. Please contact Customer Service at 800.552.5512 for assistance.
Limited Warranty
2 Year Warranty
Seller warrants the Products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twenty-four months from the date of shipment, except for consumables. If within such period any Products shall be proved to Seller's satisfaction to be defective, it shall be (i) repaired using new or refurbished parts, or (ii) replaced with a new or refurbished product, at Seller's sole discretion. Such repair or replacement shall be Seller's sole obligation and Buyer's exclusive remedy under this Warranty and shall be conditioned, at Seller's option, upon return of such Products to Seller, f.o.b. its factory. This Warranty only covers Product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary consumer use; it does not cover Product issues caused by any other reason, including but not limited to acts of God, modifications of or to any part of the Product, improper testing, assembly, mishandling, misuse, neglect, adjustments, alterations to the products, improper operation contrary to current instructions relating to installation, maintenance or operation, or contrary to industry standards relating to acceptable input power.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS AND EXCLUDES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SELLER SHALL HAVE NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY TO REFUND ANY PORTION OF THE PURCHASE PRICE AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR INJURY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE INSTRUMENT.

Color Coded Tip
The Gemini Nova laser is built to support you during a procedure. The LED tip’s color changes to indicate the laser’s status: blue to confirm it’s connected, red to show it’s in standby mode, green to tell you it is in active mode, and white when the laser is being used.
Wireless Fine Tuning
Adjust the power during surgical and nonsurgical procedures with a quick twist of the wand battery. In manual PBM mode, you can easily add treatment time with the same motion.
