Ultradent Elite Membership
There are four levels of Ultradent Elite Membership, based on the qualifying amount you spend in a calendar year.*

Enrollment
Enrollment at the Bronze level is automatic when you spend at least $2,000 within a calendar year. As your qualifying amount increases, you automatically move to the next tier and receive those benefits through the end of the following calendar year.
Benefit Continuation
Re-enrollment is based on the total amount you spent the previous calendar year (e.g., your qualifying amount for 2022 determines enrollment for 2023). On January 1, your qualifying amount resets to $0.
Rewards
Ultradent Elite receive ongoing discounts on many of our award-winning products, as well as exclusive sales, free gifts, discounted shipping, and more. Rewards are applied to your account automatically.
