VALO Wins the International Design Excellence Award!

The International Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) weighed in on VALO’s award winning design! VALO received the IDEA bronze award in the category of medical and scientific products this past week.
Established in 1980, The IDEA is a program co-sponsored by BusinessWeek magazine and the Industrial Designers Society of America (IDSA). Part of the IDEA’s goal is to “foster business and public understanding of the importance of industrial design excellence to the quality of life and economy”. Awards are based on innovation, aesthetics, design effectiveness and the impact on the user and environment. VALO outperformed other medical devices from various healthcare disciplines placing it at the leading edge of medical device design.
