Ultradent Elite Qualification
Your Ultradent Elite status for 2010 is determined by your purchase totals for 2009; you will receive benefits of that level for the entire year.

Ultradent Elite Qualification/Upgrade Details:
Ultradent Elite level qualification is calculated based on purchases between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2009. The level earned during 2009 is retained for 2010 in its entirety. Qualification for 2011 Ultradent Elite status begins at $0 on January 1, 2010. If a customer attains a higher level than their current status during 2010, their upgraded card and benefits will be issued within 30 days of qualification and will extend through 2011.
