Maximize The Use of Your Diode Laser
The 1.5-day course is designed to help clinicians gain the experience needed to use their diode laser to its fullest extent. There will be a didactic portion, but the majority of this course is direct hands-on to ensure each clinician understands the correct techniques of multiple procedures so they will feel confident in multiple treatment modalities.
We will cover the following:
- The proper techniques and treatment times for photobiomodulation usage
- The proper technique for troughing to ensure accurate scans or impressions for crown and bridge
- The proper techniques for biopsies and how to submit cases to an oral pathologist
- The proper technique for frenectomies, post-op treatment care, and possible complications
- How to submit insurance claims for maximum benefits for you and your patients
- How to set up laser safety training for your staff
- How to increase your hygiene program with treatments of laser-assisted periodontal therapies and laser bacterial reduction
Dr. Edward R. Kusek
Dr. Edward Kusek has been practicing dentistry for 35 years, and using lasers for 18 years. Dr. Kusek is one of only 24 recognized course providers for the Academy of Laser Dentistry.
We encourage attendees to complete the Introductory Laser Training course either in person or online (must have a Gemini to complete this course) before attending this course
