Technical Q&A
Does AMELOGEN PLUS pack as well as amalgam does?
Amelogen Plus is not designed to be a " packable " composite. No composite is truly as condensable as an amalgam, but the dentist could try Vit-l-escence HV, which is a " sculptable " composite that feels much more condensable than traditional composite.

What is the filler content of PERMAFLO?
PermaFlo is 48% filled by volume and 68% filled by weight.

What is the modulus of elasticity for PERMAFLO?
The modulus of elasticity (flexural) for PermaFlo is 9.63 Gpa .

What can PERMAFLO OPAQUER be used to opaque?
The opaquer shade can be used to opaque metal and stained dentin (e.g. amalgam tattoos).

Can VIT-L-ESCENCE be used to plug the root canal after an apicoectomy ?
Vit-l-escence can be used, but we recommend Ultra-Blend instead. Etch, rinse, PQ1 and Ultra-Blend – in that order. In ALL cases, a quality dentin bonding agent MUST be used.

Can VIT-L-ESCENCE COLORS be used with porcelain/ceramic or just with composites?
Vit-l-escence Colors are not intended for use in creating porcelain. This product is not a lab material; it should be used as a direct-placed material only.
